Digital account PDF guides

Each available country/language edition is a one-time PDF purchase at the price and currency shown before checkout. If it is not useful for your situation, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Downloading the PDF does not remove this offer.

How to request a refund

Email help@fortlegacy.com with the email used at checkout and your purchase date. You do not need to send card details, estate documents, or a reason for your request. A full refund covers the amount paid for the guide, including tax collected on that purchase. We return approved refunds in the original purchase currency to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider.

Missing or unreadable downloads

If the PDF does not arrive or will not open, contact us so we can help you obtain a working copy or arrange a refund. Please check your spam folder and the email address used at checkout first.

After a refund

Further downloads for the refunded order will be disabled. Please stop using and sharing the paid guide after a full refund.

Earlier purchases and legal rights

Earlier service or subscription purchases remain subject to the terms provided when they were purchased. Contact us for help with an existing account. This policy does not restrict any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
